Your key responsibilities as a Service Support Analyst will include:
- Creating and delivering accurate, timely reports for clients, including SLA metrics and product statistics.
- Using client feedback to refine reporting processes and identify trends for improvement.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to gather and analyze reporting requirements and new data needs.
- Managing ad-hoc reporting requests by collating information from multiple databases.
- Ensuring compliance with data security protocols while maintaining high accuracy in reporting.
- Continuously updating your knowledge of products, services, and market trends to meet evolving client needs.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Service Support Analyst:
- You must have at least 1–2 years of experience in a Service Desk, Application, or Operations team involving coordination with business users.
- You will have a good understanding of MS Office tools.
- You should have superior attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You must possess excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with neutral diction.
- You should have a general knowledge of the financial domain, and familiarity with fund data is an added advantage.
