Key Responsibilities:
Branch Operations Management:
o Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective functioning.
o Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements.
o Monitor and manage the branch's budget, expenses, and financial performance. Sales Management:
o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the branch's LAP sales targets.
o Supervise and support sales managers in their sales activities and target achievement.
o Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with the sales team. Team Leadership and Development:
o Recruit, train, and mentor sales managers and other branch staff.
o Set clear performance goals and objectives for the team.
o Provide regular feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities for staff. Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
o Handle escalated customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Business Development:
o Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the LAP customer base.
o Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
o Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, real estate agents,and other potential referral sources. Reporting and Analysis:
o Prepare and present regular branch performance reports to the regional management.
o Analyse sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
o Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in the LAP or mortgage industry, and 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
Strong knowledge of the LAP market, products, and regulatory environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. Key Competencies:
