Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing & new clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met consistently.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including design, production, and operations to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives.

  • Process Adherence: Meticulous adherence to all defined processes and systems of the company, fostering a culture of being process-driven to maintain consistency, efficiency, and quality

Other general tasks in the purview of Client Management & project delivery

Requirements:

· Experience in client servicing or account management roles within the exhibitions, events, BTL, media industry.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· MBA or other Diploma or Diploma in Architecture

· Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, presentation skills and process orientation.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

· Willingness to travel globally

· Creative /design knack is an additional advantage
