We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our team and drive loan sales through telecommunication. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a results-oriented mindset to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Contact potential and existing customers to promote various loan products (personal loans, business loans, etc.).
  2. Lead Conversion: Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and benefits to prospects, converting inquiries into applications.
  3. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and weekly sales targets as set by the management.
  4. Data Management: Maintain and update customer records in the database.
  5. Customer Engagement: Handle inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and guide them through the application process.
  6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and all relevant legal guidelines during sales interactions.
