About the RoleWe are urgently looking for a female Telecaller Executive to join our customer service team in Patna.

This is a non-sales role — purely customer service and support-related calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
  • Address customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Maintain proper call records and documentation
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and quality service

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate (any stream) – mandatory
  • Gender: Female only
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in customer service/telecalling
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month
  • Freshers: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000
  • Experienced: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000
  • Annual Bonus provided
