Roles and Responsibilities.

1. HR MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and dashboards on a regular basis.
  • Prepare and publish periodic HR reports (headcount, attrition, hiring status, attendance, leave, compliance, etc.).
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of HR data consolidation, validation, and submission.
  • Support HR audits, data reconciliations, and statutory reporting as required.

2. Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding process including documentation, induction scheduling, and system access setup.
  • Ensure all joining formalities are completed as per policy and records are accurately updated in HR systems.
  • Manage exit formalities, including clearance coordination, documentation, exit interviews, and full & final settlement tracking.
  • Maintain onboarding/offboarding trackers and ensure timely closure of activities.

3. Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with external vendors (resource vendor, background verification insurance, training, etc.) for HR operational support.
  • Track vendor deliverables, ensure adherence to SLAs, and manage invoice processing and payments.
  • Maintain vendor contracts, renewal timelines, and performance review records.

4. Inter-Department Coordination

  • Act as the point of contact between HR and other functions (IT, Finance, Admin, Payroll) to ensure seamless execution of employee lifecycle activities.
  • Coordinate for ID creation, asset allocation, payroll inputs, and compliance documentation.
  • Facilitate timely flow of information and resolution of HR operational queries.

5. Cyclic & Time-Bound HR Activities

  • Support execution of cyclic HR processes such as performance management, payroll inputs, compliance submissions, and engagement surveys.
  • Maintain master trackers and calendars for recurring HR events and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Assist in periodic reconciliations and ensure process completion as per defined SLA's. Roles & responsibilities

  • Support HR operation and HR Managers with operational needs

  • Shows strong planning and organizational skills, ensuring efficient handling of tasks and priorities
  • Proactively manages workload and follows through on commitments with minimal supervision

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR MIS / HR Shared Services.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS/HRMS tools, and data reporting.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail, process orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exposure to vendor management and compliance documentation preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
