Job Description – Human Resource Executive

Location: Hadapsar, Pune

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field

Position Overview

The Human Resource Executive will support recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and administrative functions. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment (IT & Non-IT)

⦁ Manage end-to-end hiring for IT and Non-IT roles.

⦁ Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.

⦁ Screen profiles, conduct initial discussions, coordinate interviews, and support offer closures.

  1. Payroll & HR Operations

⦁ Prepare and share monthly payroll inputs, including attendance and leave updates.

⦁ Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and documentation.

⦁ Support onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

  1. Policy & Process Support

⦁ Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.

⦁ Ensure documentation and processes are maintained as per company standards.

  1. Employee Engagement

⦁ Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and team initiatives.

⦁ Support internal communication and employee experience programs.

  1. Administrative Activities

⦁ Handle office administration tasks such as visitor coordination, vendor support, and stationery management.

⦁ Assist in maintaining office infrastructure and general administrative operations.

⦁ Provide administrative support to the HR team and management.

Skills & Competencies

⦁ Minimum 1 year experience in HR with exposure to IT and Non-IT recruitment.

⦁ Proficiency in job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed.

⦁ Basic understanding of payroll processes and HR operations.

⦁ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

⦁ Good organisational skills with attention to accuracy and timelines.

⦁ Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related tools.
