Job Description: Senior Sales Executive
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients across targeted markets.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and product demos.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to management.
- Attend industry events, networking meets, and exhibitions to generate leads.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–7+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B/B2C environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create strong business relationships and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
