We are seeking a dynamic & enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our marketing department.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a passion for creativity &

innovation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth &

success.

Responsibilities


• Assist in the development & implementation of marketing strategies to promote our

products/services.


• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, & competitor activities.


• Support the organization of promotional events & trade shows.


• Collaborate with sales & product development teams to align marketing efforts with business

objectives.


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends & best practices in marketing.


• Social Media Management:

o Manage & schedule social media posts across platforms to increase brand awareness &

engagement.

o Monitor social media trends & opportunities and come up with ideas to enhance our online

presence.


• Campaign Management:

o Assist in planning & executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

o Monitor & analyze the performance of marketing campaigns & prepare reports for

management.


• Creative Input:

o Provide creative input for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

o Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas & promotional strategies.

o Manage content on channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc to drive brand awareness.

o Collaborate on in-house shoot concepts with the content team, offering creative ideas &

assistance in execution.


• Knowledge of MarTech tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Lucia will be an added advantage.

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications


• 1-2 years of work experience in marketing / digital marketing / marcomm.


• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field from a reputed

college.


• Enthusiasm for marketing with a desire to gain practical experience.


• Basic understanding of the digital marketing landscape including email marketing.


• Really good understanding of various social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, &

Instagram.


• Experience with content creation with basic knowledge of graphics designing & video editing

with tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator etc. is a plus.

• Knowledge of copywriting & editing.


• Good research & analytical skills.


• Good interpersonal skills.


• Good data management, documentation & reporting skills.


• Good IT skills – specifically MS Office.
