Position: Online Bidder / Business Development Executive
Location: Surat (On-site)
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business opportunities through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH, Guru, LinkedIn, and other portals.
- Write effective bids & proposals for IT services (Web, Mobile, Software, Digital Solutions).
- Understand client requirements, communicate with the technical team, and prepare customized proposals.
- Maintain strong relationships with international clients and ensure follow-ups for project closure.
- Work with the sales & technical team to achieve monthly targets.
- Research and identify new platforms and opportunities for lead generation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in online bidding / IT sales / business development.
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
- Strong understanding of IT services like software development, web development, mobile apps, and digital solutions.
- Ability to negotiate, handle objections, and close deals.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed) + Incentives (Negotiable as per experience)
