**How to Apply**

**Role Description**
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and Freelancer platforms.
- Craft compelling proposals tailored to client needs, showcasing our expertise in Web Design, Web Development, Application Design, Application Development, AR, VR, Metaverse, Graphic Design, and Animation.
- Manage and maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring a clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to align client expectations with our service capabilities.
- Track and report on bid performance, optimising strategies to maximise success rates.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in bidding on Upwork and Freelancer platforms.
- Proven track record of successfully winning projects in IT services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand client needs and articulate our value proposition effectively.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in managing client communication and relationships.
- Good understanding of IT services and technologies
