Scientist Team Leader Analytical Peptide

Client : Leading manufacturer of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and an end-to-end solution provider for the pharmaceutical industry's chemistry needs. This organisation has a presence in over 80 countries with more than 75% of revenues accounted for by exports.US and Europe are key markets, accounting for 70% of total revenues.
KEY DELIVERABLES
- Responsible for ensuring robust method development for peptide molecules by different techniques (HPLC and GC.
- Day to day analytical activities including process scale-up, GLP and GMP, development, and validation of methods in support of manufacturing process development.
- Preparation of Analytical Developments Validation Protocol, Method Report, Summary Reports and ADR.
- Raise change control & deviations where as applicable. ? Assist investigation of OOS results and deviation.
- Respond to the regulatory deficiencies received from different agencies within the agreed timeframe.
INCUMBENT PROFILE:
- Ph.D/Msc Chemistry with 7+ years of experience in Analytical R&D.
- Expert in Peptide analytical method development, peptide characterization and working knowledge on spectroscopy.
- Expert in developing the related substances method, impurity quantification, Assay Methods and peptide contents.
ANNUAL COMPENSATION : 18LPA
