Role Summary: We are hiring a Front-Office and Billing Executive who will ensure high level of patient satisfaction through customer centric services. He/she will be responsible for coordinating with doctors and patients to fix appointments, attend to calls, carry out billing, cash collection and counselling of patients

Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:

  • Graduate /PGDM/MBA
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience, in billing and counselling of patients in a fertility clinic/Hospital
  • Only Female candidate

Key Job Responsibilities:

  1. Create bills for patients, collect fees and close accounts on daily basis

  2. Ensures Financial Clearance of patient before discharge, Cash Handling & Deposits.

  3. Ensure that all financial transactions have been properly settled and closed on the subsequent day.

  4. Collect feedback from patients (using a standard form), analyze and document the same every month

  5. Do appointment booking and follow ups for OPD patients

  6. Ensure that Patient satisfaction score is maintained as per defined benchmark

  7. Ensure 100% compliance to safety and security protocols

  8. Prepare daily reports for supervisor

  9. Review all consent forms for accuracy and as per company policy

  10. Manage patient queue/ appointment (play GRE role)

  11. Open to multitask

  12. Counsel patients and resolve their queries

  13. Manage the department operationally- coordination with doctors and patients

Office Timings: 9 AM - 6 PM (Thursday Off)
