Job Description
The candidate will be tasked with the responsibility of delivering IZMO assets according to the specified requirements. This includes ensuring that all assets are produced and delivered in alignment with project specifications, meeting quality standards, and adhering to deadlines. The role requires a thorough understanding of the asset requirements and the ability to execute and manage the delivery process efficiently.

Job Description & Duties

  • Assist in preparing multimedia assets for delivery, including video files, audio tracks, images, and interactive content.
  • Organize and catalog multimedia files to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  • Ensure all multimedia assets meet quality and format specifications before delivery.
  • Facilitate the delivery of multimedia content to clients, stakeholders, or internal teams.
  • Use appropriate delivery platforms and methods to ensure assets are transferred efficiently and securely.
  • Track and confirm receipt of delivered assets and address any issues promptly.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to multimedia content or delivery platforms.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve any problems that arise during the delivery process.
  • Work closely with multimedia producers, designers, and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of assets.
  • Assist with any additional tasks or projects assigned by supervisors or project leaders.

Mandatory / Primary Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools and Macros.
  • Knowledge of Python Programming is a Plus.
  • Expertise in Programming Languages Such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Experience or Interest in the Automotive Industry is a Plus.
