**Employee undergoes 3 months of extensive training as a Trainee and, upon successful completion, will be confirmed as a regular employee with a revised salary. During the training period the employee will be paid a Stipend.**
- Assist in Sourcing New Suppliers & Vendors
- Visiting Supplier Plants & Stores to inspect materials & suppliers.
- Assist in Preparing Purchase Order, Vendor Coordination and Accounts Payables.
- Assist in Tracking orders and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Assist in Reviewing & Resolving supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors.
- Assist in Maintaining Strong databases for all required materials.
- Assist in Negotiating price and contracts with suppliers.
- Assist in Comparing & Evaluating Offers from suppliers.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Coordinate with the internal team to monitor inventory and determine supply needs.
