**PRIMARY PURPOSE**:
Molex is a Globally recognized provider of electronic solutions and it is headquartered at Lisle, United states of America. Global supply chain-CoE is capabilities provider for Global Molex entities and its subsidiary company with operation setup located at Bangalore, India

The role of the Analyst is primarily to the Capabilities of - Sourcing i.e launch, manage and maintain supplier quotations for Molex’s global supply chain. Analytics, System expert in new tools, ERP - SAP and SAP Ariba, Quote Win tools, BI reports.

**CONTACTS**: Managers and Supervisor, Category Manager, Business systems team, Director, Suppliers, Purchasing and Sales officials, Supply Chain leaders, Molex Plant officials, Molex Acquisition organization leaders.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Key Accountability**:

- Updating Purchase Info records in SAP
- Reviewing of Price, Lead Time etc from supplier quotes and update it in SAP
- BOM review & clean-up
- Upload BOMs and send quote requests to suppliers
- Participating in e-auctions / bidding
- Review and analyze supplier quotes to visualize the different alternatives
- Ensure accuracy (pricing, lead-time, etc.) of supplier quotes
- Ability to establish the priorities and follow through an objective
- Result oriented, problem solving, decision and execution focused
- Continues process improvements
- Analytical skills
- Contributing to and Implementation of new assignment transition
- Undertake any other relevant assignment as directed by supervisor or functional head
- Flexible to work as per business requirement on job rotation and new assignment or transition job.
- Ready to accept the change in process and role/responsibility as per business/ management requirement
- Ad hoc assignment support - Cross functional department or vertical

**EDUCATION**:
**Required**:
**Preferred**: Any Graduate, Certificate in SAP MM module

**SKILLS**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese
- Microsoft office tools - Excel, PowerPoint, word, outlook
- Fluent In English, Chinese or any foreign languages in a plus
