What's in it for you?

Manager - Material and Metal Processing is responsible to develop, establish and implement Application technology in Heat Treatment and Material Processing segment to increase Linde's industrial gas business. He / She is responsible for Business/Market development, installations, commissioning of application hardware. The installations would largely be done at customers involved in Steel, Nonferrous Metals, Automotive, Aerospace, Tyre and Electronics.

Making an impact. What will you do?

You will be responsible for Lead generation, market survey and identify potential customers for N2 based atmosphere conversion from the existing conventional atmosphere such as Endo Gas and Exo Gas in various industrial heat treatment process like Annealing, Carburizing, Hardening etc.

In this role you will be required to do data collection, technical evaluation, techno commercial proposal preparation, coordinate with Sales team and follow up with customer for the closure

And also, Equipment selection and design criteria for the Application Technology related projects

You will be actively participating in Project installation, commissioning, safety audit, process optimization, training and handing over and maintain the customer

You will be continually engaged with customer and provide value added solutions and consistently achieve sign up and start up targets

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

You have a graduate (B.E/B. Tech) in Metallurgical Engineering with minimum eight to ten Years of total industrial experience in Heat Treatment field

Strong technical skills, hands on shop floor experience with Industrial heat treatment process
