ou will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive testing and quality

trategy across all phases of the solution lifecycle, ensuring alignment with global program

imelines and operational needs.

• evelop, implement and maintain the Oracle Fusion testing and quality strategy for the

verall program, for all phases of the solution development life cycle (Operations,

nhancements and Regional Deployments)

•

• efine detailed plans, activities and scope for each test phase, with alignment to global
  p

rogram timeline

•

• nsure testing playbook of test scripts is built and maintained across all workstreams
  f

or key processes

•

• efine detailed deliverables required to ensure consistency and traceability of testing
  a

rtifacts (test scripts format, negative testing inclusion, centralized location, etc)

•

• anage continuous update to test scripts (manual and automated) in context of
  o

perational evolution of the solution

•

• dentify required resources to achieve testing and quality outcome

• anage User Acceptance Testing, covering end-to-end business processes of system
  s

olutions, upgrades, and enhancements

•

• ommunicate detailed expectations to all testing participants
  
  •
• ork closely with Process expert and Solution leads to ensure appropriate solution
  u

nderstanding is embedded into testing scope

•

• anagement and oversight of resources and day-to-day activities of the testing teams,
  i

ncluding external partners

•

• nsure effective communications and expectations across WSP and external partners
  f

or testing and quality activities

•

• mplement continuous improvement approach across test cycles/phases

• rack testing progress and provide regular status update
  
  •
• nalyze for root cause analysis on defects being introduced, and address needed testing

ualifications:
Y

ou bring a strong background in ERP testing (Oracle Fusion preferred) and quality
a

ssurance, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous
i

mprovement. Your experience spans multiple domains and methodologies, and you excel in
h

igh-paced, dynamic environments.

• achelor Degree in computer science, Business, or related field

• 0 years experience in management of quality and test for ERP implementations across

ultiple process / functional areas – HR, Finance, Sales, Project and Procurement

• racle Fusion experience strongly preferred

• xperience in Agile / DevOps methodologies

• xperience leading projects in support of a Project Management Office preferred
  
  •
• xperience supporting a large, multi-national company with testing staff across many
  g

eographies

• xcellent communication skill across multiple stakeholder groups
