We are looking for a highly experienced Python Developer (10+ years) with deep expertise in Django and related frameworks. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of designing, developing, and deploying large-scale, high-performance applications. This role requires hands-on coding, architectural decision-making, and mentoring junior developers while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize scalable web applications using Python and Django.
  • Architect, implement, and maintain robust back-end systems and APIs.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security at enterprise scale.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
  • Integrate applications with databases, third-party services, and cloud platforms.
  • Stay updated with new technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience in Python development.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Django (including Django REST Framework).
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices.
  • Strong experience in API development, integration, and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficiency in version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of FastAPI/Flask in addition to Django.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Exposure to asynchronous programming (Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies (React/Angular) for better collaboration.
