About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Python & Groovy Framework Developer to join our fast-paced, Agile team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading automation frameworks and tools, while mentoring team members and driving best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers in developing and maintaining automation frameworks using Python & Groovy.
  • Build, enhance, and optimize test automation frameworks for browser engine and WebKit testing.
  • Drive quality processes across CI/CD pipelines with tools like Appium, Git, and Pytest.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Debug, analyze, and resolve issues while continuously improving testing efficiency.
  • Guide the team in Agile best practices and ensure quality standards.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in Python, Groovy, Appium, Git, Pytest.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
  • Experience in debugging, performance optimization, and browser engine testing.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and team leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 68 years of experience in quality assurance/automation, with proven experience in WebKit or browser engine testing.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership and mentoring.
