About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Installation Executive to join our Ahmedabad office. You'll play a key role in coordinating Australian solar and battery installations — from handling application processes with electricity distributors and retailers to managing installer schedules and ensuring smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and submit applications to electricity distributors and retailers across NSW, SA, and WA.
  • Communicate daily with Australian subcontractor installers to confirm job details, schedule installations, and resolve on-site issues.
  • Coordinate with the operations and sales team to ensure timely installation and documentation.
  • Use tools like Formbay, GreenDeal, and Solar Proof to process, track, and manage solar & battery jobs.
  • Verify installation compliance, required documentation, and progress updates.
  • Maintain accurate project records and ensure approvals are received on time.
  • Provide regular updates to the Australian head office team and escalate issues where necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an Australian solar installation company (must have worked in distributor/retailer application process).
  • Strong understanding of Australian solar and battery installation workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with Formbay, GreenDeal, and Solar Proof is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working early morning shift (4:00 AM IST) to align with Australian business hours.
