**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Present and promote solar solutions tailored to client needs
- Effectively explain the benefits and ROI of solar systems
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree (in any discipline)
- 1+ years of proven sales experience
- Experience in the solar/renewable energy sector would be beneficial

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work in Australian time zones
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
