Installation Executive - Australian Solar Projects

**Location**: Ahmedabad (In-office)
**Shift**: Early Morning (4:00 AM IST - Australian Business Hours)

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Communicate daily with **Australian subcontractor installers** to confirm job details, schedule installations, and resolve on-site issues.
- Coordinate with the operations and sales team to ensure timely installation and documentation.
- Use tools like **Formbay, GreenDeal, and Solar Proof** to process, track, and manage solar & battery jobs.
- Verify installation compliance, required documentation, and progress updates.
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure approvals are received on time.
- Provide regular updates to the Australian head office team and escalate issues where necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of Australian **solar and battery installation workflows**.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Familiarity with **Formbay, GreenDeal, and Solar Proof** is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working **early morning shift (4:00 AM IST)** to align with Australian business hours.
