Job Summary
We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Associate with proven experience in selling courses/programs over calls. The candidate should be target-oriented, confident in communication, and comfortable handling leads, counselling prospects, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students/customers
- Counsel leads about courses/programs and convert them into enrollments
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable offerings
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Follow up consistently with warm and hot leads
- Build strong rapport and long-term relationships with customers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–6 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales / Academic Counselling
- Experience in EdTech or course/program selling is preferred
- Fluency in any South Indian language or Marathi is mandatory
- Good communication skills in English and regional language
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to join immediately or within short notice
