Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Associate with proven experience in selling courses/programs over calls. The candidate should be target-oriented, confident in communication, and comfortable handling leads, counselling prospects, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students/customers
  • Counsel leads about courses/programs and convert them into enrollments
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable offerings
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Follow up consistently with warm and hot leads
  • Build strong rapport and long-term relationships with customers

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–6 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales / Academic Counselling
  • Experience in EdTech or course/program selling is preferred
  • Fluency in any South Indian language or Marathi is mandatory
  • Good communication skills in English and regional language
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to join immediately or within short notice
