Location: Chandrapur (Nagpur)

Experience: 4 - 6 Years

Industry: Construction / Infrastructure / PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings)

Employment Type: Full Time

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Engineer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in PEB erection, commissioning, and civil work execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with Team and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute PEB erection activities as per design and specifications.
  • Oversee civil works such as foundations, flooring, drainage, and other associated site development activities.
  • Coordinate with structural and civil contractors for timely execution of work.
  • Ensure proper installation of structural components, including columns, rafters, purlins, sheeting, etc.
  • Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and quality control at the site.
  • Manage manpower and allocate tasks effectively to achieve daily targets.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
  • Assist in commissioning activities and handover of completed structures.
  • Maintain documentation related to quality checks, inspections, and site activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in PEB erection and civil works.
  • Good understanding of engineering drawings and structural details.
  • Familiarity with construction site practices, safety norms, and quality standards.
  • Ability to handle labor and subcontractors at site independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel or stay at project sites as required.

Salary: 40K- 60K
