Job Description: Site Engineer PEB (Erection)

Location: Chandrapur (Nagpur), Maharashtra

Experience: 3 – 5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 30,000 – 45,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Engineer with hands-on experience in PEB erection, The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising all site activities, coordinating with teams and contractors, and ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute PEB erection activities as per design, drawings, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with structural and civil contractors to ensure timely execution of work.
  • Ensure proper installation of structural components — columns, rafters, purlins, sheeting, and related elements.
  • Monitor site progress and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project coordination.
  • Maintain all documentation related to quality checks, inspections, and site activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 2–5 years of experience in PEB erection work execution.
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings, fabrication details, and erection sequences.
  • Familiar with construction site practices, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Proven ability to handle labor and subcontractors independently at site.
  • Proficiency in MS Office working knowledge of AutoCAD preferred.

Willingness to travel or stay at project sites as required.
