Job Title:
Erection Engineer – PEB

Location:
Various Project Sites (as per company requirement)

Job Purpose:

To plan, coordinate, and supervise the erection and installation of PEB structures at project sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and as per design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor erection activities of PEB structures (columns, rafters, sheeting, purlins, etc.).
  • Review and interpret erection drawings and ensure correct implementation at site.
  • Plan daily work schedules, allocate manpower, and monitor productivity.
  • Coordinate with fabrication, logistics, and design teams for smooth material flow and site execution.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks regularly.
  • Inspect erection work for quality compliance and prepare checklists.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure timely completion of work stages.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues promptly.
  • Verify measurements and assist in billing and documentation.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of PEB erection methods and sequences.
  • Ability to read and interpret structural and erection drawings.
  • Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Awareness of safety and quality standards at construction sites.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project documentation.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Qualification:
    Diploma / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience:
    3–8 years of experience in PEB erection and site supervision

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience with leading PEB companies or contractors.
  • Familiar with cranes, lifting plans, and alignment procedures.
  • Willingness to travel and work at remote project sites.
