Role OverviewAs a Business Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Talent Solutions business. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are eager to learn, grow fast, and launch a career in B2B sales, client management, and talent consulting.
You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, initiating conversations with HR leaders, and supporting senior sales and delivery teams to win new business.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Research and identify potential clients (HR leaders, Founders, CHROs) in target sectors using tools like LinkedIn, CRM, job boards, etc.
Outbound Prospecting: Craft and send personalized email sequences, LinkedIn messages, and cold calls to set up meetings with decision-makers.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry hiring trends, competitor services, and client needs to support solution positioning.
Sales Enablement Support: Assist in preparing pitch decks, case studies, and client proposals.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment consultants and senior BDs to support business pitches, RFPs, and onboarding of new clients.
Learning & Growth: Participate in ongoing training to develop sales, communication, and market knowledge skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (or final year students eligible for full-time work).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interest in B2B sales, recruitment, HR tech, or consulting.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
Comfortable with cold outreach and networking.
Basic understanding of LinkedIn, Excel, and CRM tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
