- Balance team urgency with burnout prevention and monitor team pace.
- Provide technological context for complex features and guide team members.
- Participate in cross-team initiatives and knowledge sharing through workshops.
- Proficiently apply and adapt Agile/XP SDLC practices.
- Engage in recruitment, mentorship, and performance management.
- Set and communicate clear team goals aligned with business strategy, fostering a motivating work environment.
- Expertise in Angular, including Angular CLI and Nx; familiarity with React and Vue.
- Experienced in managing and developing high-performing teams while handling complex technical and managerial tasks.
- Advanced skills in Microservices, Agile Development, CI/CD, and SDLC.
- Proficiency in Project/Programme Management, APIs/Web Services, Technology Strategy, and Governance.
- Strong in Change Management, Requirements Gathering, and Algorithms.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of .NET framework, Cloud Computing, and AI/Machine Learning.
