Business Development Associate (BDA) – NXTWISE IT Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Hyderabad (In-office)

Work Days: 6 days a week (Saturday & Sunday mandatory)

About the Role – Business Development Associate

As a BDA at Nxtwise, you'll play a key role in expanding our business ecosystem. This is a high-impact role where your efforts will:

  • Help startups grow with scalable digital solutions.
  • Empower freshers and job seekers with career opportunities.
  • Strengthen Nxtwise's vision of building a trusted and reliable digital community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through calls, networking, social media, and email outreach.
  • Build & maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
  • Present and explain our products/services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, proposals, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing & operations teams on growth strategies.
  • Track sales activities, prepare reports, and analyze performance metrics.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and client engagement.
  • Goal-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Technology (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Freshers & recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Probation (3 months): ₹15,000/month + Performance-based incentives (up to ₹10,000).
  • Post Probation: Salary up to ₹8 LPA + Uncapped monthly incentives.
