Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market presence in the outdoor advertising sector.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the outdoor advertising team to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of the outdoor advertising division, including project management, campaign execution, and resource allocation.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the outdoor advertising industry.
  • Revenue Generation: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, secure new business, and optimize profitability.
  • Campaign Management: Supervise the planning, execution, and evaluation of outdoor advertising campaigns to ensure they meet client objectives and quality standards.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets for the outdoor advertising division, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on business performance, including sales metrics, campaign results, and market insights, to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related field. MBA is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior management role within the outdoor advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of outdoor advertising strategies, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective business strategies and drive growth.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in business management software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in outdoor advertising or related industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
