We're Hiring: Business Development Associate (STEM Education Sector)

Location: PAN India (Travel Required)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

What You'll Do

  • Identify and connect with schools, colleges, and institutions that can benefit from our STEM solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and events.
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and demos showcasing our STEM programs.
  • Prepare customized proposals and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams for a seamless client experience.
  • Track sales activities and performance using CRM tools.
  • Explore new markets and expansion opportunities across India.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales & client relationship management.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively PAN India.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management.
