Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Sehore. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the entire quality control process to ensure products meet strict quality standards. The individual will conduct audits, develop and implement quality management systems, oversee quality inspections, manage the QA team, and collaborate with other departments to resolve any quality issues.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, and quality assurance methodologies
  • Skills in developing and implementing quality management systems
  • Proficiency in quality inspections, research, and documentation
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, QA/QC) are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
