Plant Incharge

**Key Responsibilities**:
Husk Identification: Ensure correct identification and selection of various types of husk (soya, mustard, alsi, etc.) for briquette production.

Material Quality Control (QC): Oversee and conduct quality checks of incoming materials to maintain production standards.

Reporting: Regularly report production data, material status, and other key metrics to the head office.

Transport Management: Coordinate transportation of raw materials and finished products, ensuring timely delivery and cost optimization.

Loading & Unloading Management: Supervise the loading and unloading processes, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:
Experience: Prior experience in biomass briquette production or related industries is preferred, especially with hands-on knowledge of husk types and production processes.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage logistics and operations efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
