Position Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced PGT Accounts Teacher (Female) to join our senior secondary faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Accountancy to Classes XI and XII, preparing students for board exams, and instilling a strong conceptual understanding of the subject.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and well-structured Accountancy lessons in line with the CBSE curriculum.
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and classroom activities to enhance learning.
  • Conduct regular assessments, maintain student records, and provide timely feedback.
  • Guide and mentor students in academic and career-related areas.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members for inter-disciplinary learning.
  • Participate in school functions, meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and professional development sessions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com) with specialization in Accountancy.
  • B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE school.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Good command over English and subject knowledge.
  • Proficient in using digital teaching tools and MS Office.
