**PGT Accountancy - Budhni, MP - Shah Satnam ji Girls School ( Only Female Teacher)**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching**: Deliver engaging and informative lessons on various accounting topics, including financial accounting, cost accounting, and taxation.
- **Curriculum Development**: Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's accounting curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the latest educational standards.
- **Student Assessment**: Create and administer assessments (tests, quizzes, assignments) to evaluate students' understanding and progress.
- **Academic Guidance**: Provide individual and group guidance to students, addressing their questions and helping them develop strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment that fosters student engagement and cooperation.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the field of accounting education through continuous learning and professional development activities.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Complete administrative duties such as maintaining student records, preparing lesson plans, and attending faculty meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Commerce with specialization in Accountancy or equivalent.
- B.Ed. degree or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching Accountancy at the senior secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
