That's why we're opening an opportunity for a Remote / Contract (Part-time) Paid Media Specialist who thrives on managing campaigns that actually convert.

What youll be doing

Building and optimizing paid media campaigns across Facebook Ads & Google Ads.

Designing full-funnel strategies that drive leads, conversions, and ROI.

Running A/B tests on creatives, targeting, copy, and bidding strategies.

Monitoring KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR) and optimizing for performance.

Collaborating remotely with our team on a flexible contract basis.

The kind of experience we value

Proven track record managing and scaling Facebook Ads & Google Ads campaigns.

Strong experience with ad account structure, budgets, and performance reporting.

Familiarity with tracking tools, Google Analytics (GA4), and Meta Business Suite.

Deep understanding of digital performance metrics and funnel optimization.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
