We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls, and convert leads into potential admissions/sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain our courses/services.
  • Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead details.
  • Follow up with interested candidates and convert them into enrollments.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and counseling team to ensure lead closure.
  • Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences, queries, and challenges.

Requirements

  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
  • Good telephone etiquette and convincing ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
