About the Project
Majestic Sky Bungalow is a premium residential project designed for modern luxury living — a gated community that blends privacy, elegance and comfort. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who can represent the project with confidence and build long-term relationships with potential buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert them into site visits & bookings
- Communicate project features, pricing, offers and USPs to clients effectively
- Identify the requirements of prospects and match them with the project offerings
- Manage follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp and emails
- Coordinate and conduct site visits with clients
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Collaborate with the marketing team on customer insights and campaign performance
- Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in Real Estate Sales preferred (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Strong convincing abilities and customer-first approach
- Comfortable with field visits and flexible work hours based on client availability
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
