Role & responsibilities

1) Sales: Generating sales with existing customers and developing new opportunities.

2) Marketing: Arranging advertising and sending out details of new properties to people on your database.

3) Customer service: Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately as per client requirements.

4) Project Presentations: Deliver comprehensive presentations on various real estate projects, enabling clients to make informed decisions.

5) Site visits: Organizing site visits for prospective customers and accompanying clients to property sites.

6) Sales meetings: Scheduling and conducting weekly sales meetings for a better strategy.

7) Sales reporting: Reporting on sales activities to top management.

8) Sales transactions: Assisting with the follow-up and coordination of sales transactions, sales conversion, and loan drawdown.

9) Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our project offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing.

10) Sales launch preparation: Preparing, organizing, and carrying out new project sales launch preparation, documentation, and marketing activities.

11) Sales database: Assisting with sourcing for the database and sales opportunities

Preferred candidate profile

1) Proven experience as a Sales / Marketing executive or in a similar role (preferably high-rise or luxury projects).

2) Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods.

3) Teamworking skills.

4) Adaptability and the ability to juggle multiple projects.

5) Strong attention to detail.

6) Good organization and planning skills.

7) Creativity, writing, and design skills.

8) Excellent communication and people skills.

9) Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

10) Confidence in presenting real estate projects both in person and via phone

11) Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

12) Immediate joiners with prior experience in Sales/Marketing within the Real Estate sector will be preferred.
