About the Company:

We are a leading interior turnkey fit-out firm specializing in high-end commercial and residential projects. Our work focuses on quality, precision, and timely delivery. We are looking for an experienced Billing Executive who can manage and control project billing, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and client/vendor coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ), RA Bills, and Final Bills for interior turnkey projects.
  • Coordinate with project and site teams to verify work done and support billing documentation.
  • Maintain and update material consumption records, measurement sheets, and payment status reports.
  • Handle client billing, vendor billing, and reconciliation.
  • Prepare rate analysis, work progress summaries, and cost comparisons.
  • Support project managers in preparing work order documentation and variation statements.
  • Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department for follow-ups on payments and invoice submissions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil / Interior / Quantity Surveying / Engineering.
  • 3–7 years of experience in billing and quantity surveying for interior or civil projects.
  • Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and measurement sheets.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project billing software.
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines with accuracy.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Experience in interior turnkey projects (corporate offices, commercial spaces, or luxury residences).
  • Knowledge of vendor billing, client billing, and project reconciliation processes.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with site and design teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
