Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Executive (Voice & Non-Voice Process), you will be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle customer queries via phone (Voice) and other digital channels such as email, chat, and social media (Non-Voice). Youll be responsible for delivering timely, effective, and accurate support while ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Voice Process:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and issues effectively.

  • Provide accurate information about products/services, troubleshoot problems, and guide customers.

  • Ensure adherence to company guidelines while maintaining a professional tone.

  • Non-Voice Process:

  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels.

  • Process requests, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience through timely follow-ups.

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

  • Provide excellent customer service with a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience.

  • Upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide feedback to improve processes.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

Key Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum of High School/12th Grade (Graduates preferred).

  • Experience:

  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field (both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply).

  • Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, Internet).
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
