OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

• The Contract Administration Analyst will be accountable for executing tasks assigned by the HSCC Due Diligence Lead in order to progress contract administration tasks in a timely manner 
• The Contract Administration Analyst will be primarily responsible for ensuring the contract signature process happens effectively across Flutter divisions 
• The Contract Administration Analyst will act as a point of contact for contract reporting and retrieval requests from key stakeholders across the Flutter Group and the relevant divisions 
• The Contract Administration Analyst will process relevant contract expiries and renewals and liaise with SRPM to ensure the Supplier Offboarding process is fulfilled where Supplier Relationships are ending 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the completeness and accuracy of contract data in the Flutter Contracts repository 
• Managing the contract renewal and contract expiry process and liaising with stakeholders to ensure alignment on these processes 
• Administer the contract signature processing function across Flutter divisions, performing the relevant follow up checks to ensure contracts are returned signed in a timely manner and by the correct signees 
• Manage contract reporting and retrieval requests from key stakeholders
• Managing the Contracts team email inbox and answering queries in a timely manner 
• Liaising with Supplier Risk & Performance Management team to ensure supplier offboarding exit sheets are completed when a Supplier Relationship is ending 

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE

• Degree level educated candidates are desired but not essential 
• Experience working in a data analysis/Procurement environment is desirable but not essential
• Advanced MS Word and Excel skills 
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Ability to use initiative and solve problems 
• Strong interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to escalate, communicate and respond promptly to all internal and external stakeholders 
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities 
• Willingness to learn quickly and work in fast-paced environment
