About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive
Scrum Master
to join our team. This is a high-visibility project where strong leadership, effective communication, and ownership will be crucial. The right candidate will have solid hands-on experience with
Jira
and a proven ability to drive agile practices while keeping teams aligned and productive.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a servant leader and coach for the development team and stakeholders.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
- Ensure teams follow Scrum principles and best practices to deliver high-quality results.
- Drive continuous improvement within the team and organization.
- Manage and optimize Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reports for better project tracking and transparency.
- Remove impediments proactively and escalate when necessary to maintain delivery timelines.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure project progress is highly visible and successes are recognized.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment.
- Strong working knowledge of
Jira
(advanced dashboards, reporting, and customization). - Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain focus on delivery.
- Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
