About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive
Scrum Master
to join our team. This is a high-visibility project where strong leadership, effective communication, and ownership will be crucial. The right candidate will have solid hands-on experience with
Jira
and a proven ability to drive agile practices while keeping teams aligned and productive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a servant leader and coach for the development team and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
  • Ensure teams follow Scrum principles and best practices to deliver high-quality results.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the team and organization.
  • Manage and optimize Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reports for better project tracking and transparency.
  • Remove impediments proactively and escalate when necessary to maintain delivery timelines.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure project progress is highly visible and successes are recognized.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of
    Jira
    (advanced dashboards, reporting, and customization).
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain focus on delivery.
  • Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
