Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and job descriptions for various openings.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.
  • Screen candidates over calls to evaluate skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
  • Update and manage candidate data in recruitment trackers/ATS.
  • Meet daily and weekly hiring targets as per business needs.

Requirements:

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
  • Experienced recruiters with 6 months3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment preferred.
  • Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
