Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities
  • Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable property options.
  • site visits, and negotiate deals.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and follow-up strategy.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Stay updated with market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident personality.
  • Good knowledge of local real estate market and property trends.

Job Type: Full-time
