Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive – Media & Marketing
 to identify and secure 
new clients
for our production and digital services. The ideal candidate will focus on generating leads, pitching creative solutions, and closing deals for projects including 
video production, website development, ad shoots, and product shoots
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients for 
    video production, website development, ad shoots, and product photography
    .
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the 
    video production and creative teams
     to align client requirements with deliverables.
  • Stay updated on trends in 
    digital marketing, content production, and advertising
     to spot new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Marketing, Business, Media, or related field
    .
  • 1–2 years of experience
     in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in media, advertising, or digital services).
  • Excellent 
    communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    .
  • Strong client relationship management and lead-generation abilities.
  • Familiarity with video production, website development, or creative agency services is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
