Role Overview:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving student admissions, managing the sales team, establishing partnerships, and increasing the overall reach of IVCT Campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the admissions/sales team to achieve monthly targets.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote courses and programs.

  • Conduct marketing and outreach activities (schools, colleges, agencies).

  • Build and maintain relationships with parents, students, and partners.

  • Track inquiries, conversions, and prepare weekly & monthly reports.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle admission-related queries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

  • Freshers with strong sales skills may be considered.
