About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
E-commerce Executive
to manage and optimize our product listings across leading online marketplaces including
, , Flipkart, and others
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, costing, inventory management, and listing optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, upload, and manage product listings on
    Amazon (India & International)
    , Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
  • Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords for maximum visibility.
  • Optimize listings to improve product ranking, visibility, and conversions.
  • Monitor and manage
    inventory levels
    , ensuring timely stock updates to avoid order cancellations or stock-outs.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for
    order processing, returns, and replacements
    .
  • Conduct competitor research for pricing, keywords, and promotions.
  • Assist in creating promotions, coupons, and deals on marketplace platforms.
  • Regularly analyze performance reports (sales, traffic, conversion) and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated with marketplace policies and implement compliance.

Requirements

  • 6 months – 1 year of experience
    in handling
    , , and Flipkart
    product listings and store management.
  • Knowledge of
    listing optimization, costing, and inventory management
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    SEO for e-commerce
    and keyword research.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with
    Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub
    , and related tools.
  • Knowledge of PPC campaigns on Amazon (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with other marketplaces like Meesho, Myntra, Snapdeal, etc. (a plus).
